This Privacy Policy explains how [EV ART ENERGY] (“EVART ENERGY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the EVART ENERGY mobile app and related services (the “Service”), which let you find electric-vehicle charging locations, start and pay for charging sessions, and manage your account. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information — name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
  • Location information — your device location, used only while the app is in use, to show nearby charging stations and help you navigate to them. We do not track your location in the background.
  • Charging & session data — the chargers and connectors you use, energy delivered, session duration, and cost.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive limited details such as the last four digits and transaction status; we do not store your full card number.
  • RFID card data — identifiers for any RFID charging cards you claim or link to your account.
  • Device & usage data — device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and diagnostic or crash data.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Authorize, process, and bill your charging sessions.
  • Show nearby chargers and provide navigation.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Improve the Service and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

  • Service providers — such as Stripe (payments), cloud hosting, email delivery, and mapping providers, who process data on our behalf.
  • Charging partners and operators — when you charge at a location operated by one of our partners, we share the session details needed to deliver and bill that charge.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of EVART ENERGY, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
